New Wave Laser System 은 기존 사용중인 Probe Station에 간편히 부착하여 사용할 수 있으며, SEM의 주요기능을 대치할 수 있는 효과를 얻을 수 있다. Devices에 따라 다양한 Laser파장을 선택 사용할 수 있다(1064, 532, 355 nm)
Nd:YAG 반도체 레이저로 반영구적이며, 안정된 Laser Pulse 는 부스러기 없는 깨끗한 작업환경을 제공 Laser nergy/Cutting Size를 자유롭게 조정하여 원하는 부분을 정확히 절단함.
